The OVM6211 CameraCubeChip by OmniVision Technologies Inc. is a compact global shutter camera for mobile devices.
It is based on the company’s 3-µm OmniPixel3-GS global shutter pixel and is capable of capturing full resolution (400 × 400) video at 120 fps. This enables smear-free black-and-white image capture in landscape and portrait modes.
The OVM6211 also features an ultralow power-consumption mode. It is intended for use in consumer electronics systems integrating gesture recognition, eye tracking or motion detection.
