Mightex Systems’ USB 2.0 CCD cameras with built-in frame buffers are now available for machine vision, microscopy and medical imaging applications. The cameras have external trigger-in, strobe-out and a powerful engine to support multiple cameras. It can achieve frame rates as high as 15 fps at full resolution and up to 80 fps using region-of-interest mode. With 1392 x 1040 active imaging pixels, the ultracompact camera delivers digital output and offers a full-featured software development kit. Additional applications include fluorescence imaging, semiconductor equipment, 2-D bar-code readers, astrophotography, security cameras and test instruments.
