PPI 1209 Broadband Resistors from Passive Plus Inc. are specifically designed to operate at frequencies up to 67 GHz.
With special microwave laser-trimming used to ensure a tight tolerance at high frequencies, the devices are wire-bondable, solderable, and can be used in a flip-chip configuration. They are available in full or recessed pad.
Applications include use in optical transceiver modules, broadband receivers, transmitter optical sub-assembly, receiver optical sub-assembly, broadband test equipment, low-noise amplifiers, and data for the opto-electronic, telecommunications, and military fields.
