The Ophir® BeamSquared® SP204S-PRO and Ophir® BeamSquared® SP1203 M2 from MKS Instruments are beam propagation analyzers for telecommunications, advanced manufacturing, autonomous vehicle, lidar, and medical device applications. The BeamSquared SP204S-PRO M2 beam caustic and profiling system is a fully automated tool that measures the propagation characteristics of standard and large diameter CW and pulsed lasers with extended Rayleigh ranges. The BeamSquared® SP1203 M2 includes the company’s Ophir SP1203 GigE beam profiler and can measure beam diameter lasers up to 150 µm in the SWIR and NIR range with larger Rayleigh lengths.
