The OS04J10 from OMNIVISION is a 4-MP image sensor for industrial and consumer security surveillance cameras. Using the company’s PureCel®PLUS and Nyxel® technology, the 2.9-µm backside illuminated (BSI) pixel sensor can be used in ultralow-light conditions. The OS04J10 has a spread spectrum clocking mode that reduces electromagnetic interference and radiation, as well as a 60-fps frame rate, two-exposure staggered HDR technology, a NIR quantum efficiency of 850 - 940 nm, a 1/1.88-in. optical format, and CSP package.
