OMNIVISION’s OX02C1S global shutter sensor is a 2.5-MP RGB-IR backside illuminated device for driver and occupant monitoring systems, while the OX01H1B is a 1.5-MP mono IR global shutter sensor for driver monitoring systems.
Both sensors feature a small 2.2-µm pixel size and offer industry-leading NIR quantum efficiency, modulation transfer function, and low power consumption. They are designed to increase driver and passenger safety while providing automotive OEMs with more flexibility in their designs. The sensors are available in small-size automotive-grade packages and meet industry standards for ASIL-B and cybersecurity.
