SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 24, 2023 — The Automotive InCabin camera from GEO Semiconductor Inc. combines the GW5 camera video processor with STMicroelectronics’ VB1940 5-MP automotive image sensor.
It offers both global and rolling shutter modes with the ability to process both video formats for an InCabin solution that supports both driver and occupant monitoring system applications with a single high-resolution camera. With HDR on the color frame, easy synchronization with cabin illuminators is provided in global shutter mode with the detail required for in-cabin monitoring.
