The ShapeGrabber Ai320 and Ai820 automated laser scanning metrology systems from Optical Gaging Products are automated 3D devices.
Combining laser and camera technology to capture up to 1.5 million data points/s, the ShapeGrabber systems are high-resolution scanheads offering dynamic range and fast and accurate measurement of parts in a wide variety of materials, colors, textures, and finishes. The Ai320 is a vertical axis benchtop system that features the SG108 scanhead for smaller parts. The Ai620 is a vertical axis floor mode that features the SG198 scanhead for a wider variety of parts.
