The AM MODULE III from RAYLASE is a production-optimized scanning solution for industrial additive manufacturing. The module offers a patented in-focus zoom functionality, with the new dynamic z-axis RAYVOLUTION DRIVE designed for beam shaping and high laser powers, as well as a multi-scan head design. The AM MODULE III also utilizes full dynamics of its xy-deflection unit and ensures a stable z-position of the focus during fast movements. It also features a processing field of 650 mm², zoom function for dynamic adjustment of the focus diameter, and lasers that produce up to 3 kW of power on average.
