The 5-nm CV75S family from Ambarella, Inc. are AI system-on-chips (SoCs) for running multimodal vision-language models (VLMs) and vision-transformer networks in security cameras, smart cities, and industrial robots among other applications. The SoCs are integrated with Ambarella’s CVflow® 3.0 AI Engine which provides three times the performance of its earlier models and supports VLMs and vision transformers, as well as advanced AI-based image processing. The 5-nm CV75S family features an image signal processor, 4KP30 H.264/5 video encoding, dual Arm® Cortex-A76 1.6 GHz cores, and USB 3.2 connectivity.
