The FocusX from Bruker Alicona is an optical 3D measuring device meant for applications where highly reflective surfaces, steep flanks, and complex forms must be measured. Able to measure small radii, acute angles, and tight tolerances, the FocusX is ISO-compliant and works on Real3D and vertical surface probing. The device can capture 4.6 million points in one measurement with an image field of up to 500 million and has a positioning volume of 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 mm.
