The LP-ZV from Panasonic Industry is a 3D short pulse fiber laser marker designed for metal and resin marking applications. The laser marker uses a 1-ns short pulse that minimizes the thermal effect, while its high-frequency oscillation can etch small and fine characters down to 0.15 mm. The laser’s output is 50 W allowing for deep engraving and black marking on metal workpieces. The LP-ZV also features a 3D marking option that is able to mark concave or convex surfaces in an area of 50 mm (±25 mm), a marking field of up to 330 mm², smart software, and EtherNet/IP and PROFINET connectivity.
