The allPIXA evo from Chromasens is a 16K line-scan camera for applications including the inspection of wafers, PCBs, print materials, food, battery electrode foils, and flat panels. Leveraging a CMOS multi-line sensor, the camera has 16,384 5 μm × 5 μm pixels and is capable of scan rates of 200 kHz in monochrome or 73 kHz in color. The allPIXA evo’s CoaXPress-12 four-lane interface has a top speed of 12.5 Gb/s per lane and supports power over CoaXPress.
