The mvBlueCOUGAR-XT camera series from MATRIX VISION features a 10 GigE interface, IP67 water resistant housing, and a high resolution image sensor. The first series models come equipped with 24.6 MP, 20.4 MP, and 16.2 MP sensors from the Sony Pregius S Gen4 CMOS family. Frame rates of 50.5 fps are achievable with a resolution of 24.6 MP, enabled by a high net data rate of 1245 MB/s. An integrated frame buffer of 2048 MB allows for the reliable transmission of data for high-speed applications. The camera series is able to withstand harsh environments due to its water resistance, compact form factor, and industrial plug connections. Potential applications include in the packaging industry, measurement technology, logistics, or flat panel and wafer inspection in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
