Spectrogon manufactures infrared filters and windows with high transmission, high rejection outside the passband, while maintaining excellent coating uniformity for thermal imaging and gas detection applications such as cryogenically cooled IR detectors and uncooled microbolometers. Our filters and windows range in dimension from Ø6.0 to Ø200.0 mm with dicing capabilities down to as small as 1.0 × 1.0 mm.

Hamamatsu’s QCL product lineup now includes lasers in a smaller butterfly package. Along with the reduction in size comes a reduction in power consumption, up to 40%. The butterfly-package QCLs retain internal TEC elements and are also available with an integrated lens. They are suitable for gas analysis and IR spectroscopy, for example.

The 671 Series Laser Wavelength Meter uses a proven Michelson interferometer-based design to measure the wavelengths of CW lasers to an accuracy as high as ±0.2 parts per million. Operation is available from 375 nm to 12 μm. Continuous calibration with a built-in wavelength standard guarantees the reliable accuracy that is required for the most meaningful experimental results.
