4 & 5 mm Single-Axis Galvo Scanners

Introducing our newest and smallest galvanometer offering. Our single-axis galvo scanners with 4 and 5 mm beam diameters are optimized for low inertia and high torque, resulting in faster small step response and higher closed-loop bandwidth. These galvos are ideal for high-speed scan and imaging applications. The 4 mm and 5 mm galvos offer a step response of 200 μs and 250 μs, respectively. They offer 99.8% linearity and <20 μrad repeatability.
