About This Webinar

This webinar will introduce you to advances in variable filters, especially in the areas of transmission and blocking. You will learn about the properties and performance of variable filters, and how they are being used to increase the robustness and affordability of applications in the areas of hyperspectral imaging, spectroscopy, and fluorescence diagnostics. The webinar will also cover the range of filters that are available, and how to select the filter that is best for your application.

About the presenter:
Oliver Pust, Ph.D., is director of sales and marketing at Delta Optical Thin Film A/S. Before joining Delta Optical Thin Film in 2011, he worked as a mechanical engineer. He holds a Ph.D. within the field of laser optical measurement techniques from the University of the Federal Armed Forces Hamburg. Pust has extensive experience working with international organizations to develop and deliver technology solutions for research and industry.

Who should attend:
Optical engineers and designers, researchers, educators, and others who are interested in staying current with advances in optical thin film technology. Technical professionals who are interested in the use and advantages of continuously variable filters for applications in HSI, spectroscopy, or fluorescence microscopy.

This webinar is sponsored by Delta Optical Thin Film A/S, a world-leading manufacturer of optical thin film components with more than 50 years of experience. Delta Optical Thin Film shows an in-depth understanding and involvement with its clients' optical design issues, and maintains the highest focus on QA and logistics accuracy in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
