René Zünd
Feinwerkoptik Zünd AG
René Zünd completed his apprenticeship as a precision optician at Leica. He then studied systems engineering at the Interstate University for Applied Science in Buchs, Switzerland, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in systems engineering. With further studies at the University Ravensburg-Weingarten, Germany, he earned his Master of Science degree in optical systems engineering. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Liechtenstein. Zünd worked as an optical designer for almost eight years before he became managing director of Feinwerkoptik Zünd AG in 2012. He is interested in sports, loves his family, and is inspired by photonics and entrepreneurship every day.
