Headwall is focused on creating and enabling customers to deploy hyperspectral imaging products and technology for widespread use in markets like industrial inspection / machine vision and remote sensing.

Machine Vision
Headwall combines the unique and marketing-leading capabilities of Headwall Photonics, EVK DI Kershhaggl GmbH, inno-spec GmbH, and perClass BV into one shared purpose to unlock value for a wide variety customers in recycling, sorting, manufacturing, and quality testing. We have the largest installed base of hyperspectral cameras and systems deployed in challenging factory environments as well as in laboratories worldwide.

Remote Sensing
Headwall’s payload and turnkey airborne hyperspectral imaging packages combine our advanced sensors with high-performance GPS to be mounted on lightweight drones/UAVs. LiDAR is also available for many configurations. Our solutions are fully tested with training available at our facility, and through authorized partners.

System Integration
Our hyperspectral camera systems can be integrated into production and inspection lines to detect contamination and accurately grade products in real time, sending data to sorting mechanisms to take immediate action, ensuring the full value of the goods are realized.

Software
Data collection is only part of the story at Headwall. Powerful image processing software not only manages the hardware, but also processes and interprets the data after download. Real-time spectral classification is also possible with many configurations. Our hyperspectral cameras can also send data using industry-standard protocols such as GenICam.
