Vancouver, Wash.-based nLight Corp., a supplier of high-power semiconductor lasers and fibers, has acquired a majority interest in Optotools GmbH of Heilbronn, Germany, a supplier of semiconductor lasers for industrial use. The latter company’s established product line will remain, and new products will be introduced in the next year.
