Ophir Yakovian was named chief financial officer of medical laser company Lumenis, the company announced. Effective Feb. 1, 2012, Yakovian will replace Aviram Steinhart, who will join Ceragon Networks Ltd. as its new CFO. Yakovian plans to further Lumenis’ financial model of combining top-line growth with continuous margin improvement, according to the company.
