The addition enables the complete production of optoelectronic systems, such as fitting components to sensors and other components or correcting for deviations of position. As a result, the company offers such services as wafer cutting, chip and wire bonding, optics assembly, surface-mount technology, final testing, packaging and procurement of required components.
