Trinity Technologies LLC of St. Paul, Minn., has announced that Uvex Safety Group of Fürth, Germany, has taken over a majority interest in its company. The acquired company will complement the laser protection business of Laservision, a wholly owned subsidiary of Uvex. Laservision manufactures laser protective products in markets governed by CE regulations and Trinity Technologies, in markets governed by ANSI standards.
