Trumpf GmbH + Co. KG of Ditzingen, Germany, has expanded its US location with the opening of a laser research and manufacturing building at Trumpf Inc. in Farmington, Conn. The addition, which will add 86,000 sq ft to the existing facility, will feature cleanrooms, a research laboratory and a department for developing, manufacturing and testing laser products.
