TroGroup Acquires Innolas Photonics
WELS, Austria, July 15, 2022 — TroGroup acquired Innolas Photonics, allowing the company to establish the Laser Sources Group as a distinct business field alongside its stamp company Trodat and its laser company Trotec. TroGroup intends to merge Innolas Photonics with U.S. subsidiary Iradion Laser. All 24 Innolas Photonics employees will be retained. TroGroup and Innolas have agreed not to disclose financial terms of the transaction.
