Tompkins Robotics Acquires, Rebrands Primary Sight

ORLANDO, Fla., June 26, 2024 — Robotics and edge software company Tompkins Robotics has acquired Primary Sight, a provider of supply chain technology solutions in Australia and New Zealand. As part of the acquisition, Primary Sight will be rebranded as Tompkins Robotics ANZ.

The acquisition of Primary Sight, with whom Tompkins has collaborated for the past five years, expands the company's global footprint and bolsters its ability to address supply chain optimization. With the acquisition, Primary Sight CEO Sean Hewat joins Tompkins as Head of ANZ Operations.
