Tessera Appoints Interim EVP of Imaging & Optics
SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 15, 2010 — Tessera Technologies Inc. announced the recent appointment of John Keating as its interim executive vice president of Imaging & Optics. He will report directly to Henry R. Nothhaft, chairman and CEO of Tessera.
With the company since 2003, Keating is the company’s senior vice president of corporate development. He replaces Michael Bereziuk, who left the company for personal reasons.
Bereziuk will remain with Tessera as an advisor, ensuring a smooth and orderly transition of duties. He will leave at the end of the first quarter of 2011.
Tessera invests in, licenses and delivers miniaturization technologies that transform next-generation electronic devices. Its microelectronics solutions enable smaller, higher-functionality devices through chip-scale, 3-D and wafer-level packaging technology, as well as high-density substrate and silent air cooling technology.
