Optronic test systems supplier Telops of Quebec City has selected ficonTec GmbH as a distributor in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Finland. In a recently signed agreement, the Bremen, Germany, company, which manufactures automated assembly and test equipment for microsystems, obtained the rights to commercialize Telops' V1000, V2000 and C1000 burn-in/life and characterization test systems for laser diodes.
