THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Teledyne Technologies Inc.’s board of directors announced the transition of Robert Mehrabian to executive chairman; Edwin Roks to CEO; George Bobb III to president and COO; and Melanie S. Cibik to executive vice president, general counsel, CCO, and secretary. Mehrabian also held the roles of CEO and president before the restructure. Roks and Bobb held the position of executive vice president.

VALENCIA, Spain — Integrated programmable photonic systems developer iPronics Programmable Photonics named Tsjerk Hoekstra vice president of engineering. Hoekstra served as the principal consultant and director for State of Matter Ltd. beginning in 2011.
LEUVEN, Belgium — Swave Photonics appointed Edward Buckley vice president of augment reality solutions. Buckley will lead the development of augmented reality reference designs based upon the company’s HXRTM holographic solutions. Buckley was a founder of Light Blue Optics and a co-inventor of holographic projection technology.

NORTHBROOK, Ill. — IDEX Corp. named Abhi Khandelwal senior vice president and CFO. This will be Khandelwal’s second stint at IDEX, after spending a decade with the company between 2010 and 2020 in a number of financial roles including vice president of finance operations, treasury, and financial planning and analysis. Between tenures, he served as CFO for packaging services and label solutions provider Multi-Color Corp.
