ALKMAAR, Netherlands, Jan. 6, 2021 — Technobis announced that as of Jan. 1, its integrated photonics sensing business will operate independently as PhotonFirst. Daan Kersten will serve as PhotonFirst’s first CEO.
The announcement marks an increased focus on the expansion of the company’s photonics activities. In addition to the new name, a holding company has been established with its registered office located at the company’s new office at High Tech Campus Eindhoven.
