TKH Group Executive Assumes Helm at Member Company SVS-Vistek

In the new role, Franz will aim to optimize the collaboration of the TKH 2D Vision companies, including industry leaders Allied Vision, Chromasens, Euresys, NET, and SVS-Vistek. Sales activities under the leadership of Björn Krasemann, CCO and chief sales officer for SVS-Vistek and Allied Vision, respectively, as well as the marketing activities under the leadership of Johannes Zurin, director of business development and marketing for both SVS-Vistek and Allied Vision, have been merged. SVS-Vistek’s product management division, led by chief product officer Thorsten Schmidt, and the R&D division, led by CTO Gerd Reichle, will maintain their current functions, the company said.

Schmidt will additionally assume the role of SVS-Vistek site manager for the Gilching, Germany location.

Additional personnel moves include added responsibility for Allied Vision COO Andre Kruse, who will assume the position for SVS-Vistek in addition to Allied Vision. Previous SVS-Vistek CEO Walter Denk will continue to serve the company in an advisory capacity.
