BEDFORD, Mass., Oct. 4 -- Spire Corp. announced that it would provide an SPI-LINE turnkey photovoltaic module production line to BP Solar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between BP Solarex and Projass Enecorp Sdn Bhd. BP Solar Malaysia will use Spire's production line to manufacture solar photovoltaic modules to meet the demands of the growing local market. The Malaysian government recently declared that it will include renewable energy in its national Five Fuels program.
