InnoLas GmbH of Krailing, Germany, has spun off three of its business units into independent companies. InnoLas Systems GmbH, InnoLas Semiconductor GmbH and InnoLas Laser GmbH, will focus on laser systems for, respectively, micromaterials processing with a focus on solar cells, wafer marking and scientific measuring applications.
