In New York, Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corp. of Hauppauge has purchased Del High Voltage Corp. of Valhalla, partially because of its expertise with explosive detection systems. Spellman has merged the company's assets, including customers, products, technology and personnel, into its organization and will manage Del High's 35,000-sq-ft manufacturing and engineering facility.
