DuPont Photovoltaic Solutions of Wilmington, Del., and Applied Materials Inc. of Santa Clara, Calif., have announced a partnership to increase the efficiency of crystalline silicon photovoltaic solar cells. The companies will work together to advance multiple printing technology, potentially increasing absolute efficiency by more than 0.5 percent.
