MANCHESTER, Conn., March 16 -- Scan-Optics, Inc. announced that Joseph P. Crouch has joined the company as Vice President of Manufacturing. Mr. Crouch's most recent position was Director of Manufacturing Operations for CalComp's Input Technologies Division. He has over ten years of experience related to contract manufacturing sales, marketing, product and channel management, business development, and strategic planning, primarily in the financial services industry.
