PARIS, July 1 -- Electronics contract manufacturer Sanmina-SCI Corp. announced it has completed the asset purchase of Alcatel's manufacturing facility in Toledo, Spain, the last in its acquisition of Alcatel's manufacturing facilities in Cherbourg, France; Gunzenhausen, Germany; and Toledo. Terms of the transaction and multiyear supply contract were not disclosed.
