STEMMER IMAGING Updates Leadership Structure
PUCHHEIM, Germany, March 20, 2025 — Machine vision company STEMMER IMAGING has updated its leadership structure with the aim of driving commercial growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
Peter Keppler, who has been with STEMMER for the past 27 years, has been promoted to chief marketing officer from his previous position as senior director of international sales enablement. In this role, he will oversee portfolio and technology management, marketing, and international sales enablement. Now COO, Philip Stein was promoted from director of operations and supply chain and will lead digitalization initiatives. Andreas Holt is currently serving as interim CFO while the company finalizes the appointment of a permanent CFO.

To further support business expansion and regional customer focus, the company has also established an extended management team, including Johannes Hiltner who will lead STEMMER’s business development. The newly created position will focus on new market opportunities.
Additionally, the Americas business will be restructured as a dedicated regional cluster, including Phase 1 Technology, a member of STEMMER IMAGING in the U.S. and STEMMER’s businesses in Mexico and Brazil.
