BINGHAMTON, NY, Dec. 11 -- Semiconductor Laser International Corp. (SLI) has settled its lawsuit against Rocky Mountain Instrument Co. (RMI) and Laser Marking Technologies LLC (LMT). RMI and LMT have agreed to make certain payments to SLI as well as dismiss all counterclaims with prejudice.
