Richardson Electronics of LaFox, Ill., has acquired the Image Systems division of Communications Systems Inc. of Hector, Minn., to augment its portfolio of display-based products for the health care and industrial markets. Richardson has distributed the division’s products for several years. Image Systems Corp., based in Minnetonka, Minn., supplies displays, display controllers and calibration software for the health care market.
