Riber, a manufacturer of molecular beam epitaxy machines needed to make compound semiconductor materials for wireless telecommunications, fiber-optic networks and consumer products, announced that it is moving to a new industrial facility in Bezons, France. The facility, less than seven miles from its current site in Rueil Malmaison, will allow for more efficient communication between departments, provides for an improved manufacturing process and will accomodate future growth, the company said. The move will take place between July 31 and Aug. 11, 2006. During that time, company operations, with the exception of service and sales, will stop at the Rueil Malmaison site. The assembly and testing of products already in process will continue after the move. Customers should be prepared for possible shipping delays during the moving period, Riber said. As of Aug. 14, Riber can be reached at: Riber SA, 31 rue Casimir Perier 95870, Bezons, France. The new phone number is 33 (0) 1-39-96-65-00 and the new fax number is 33 (0) 1-39-47-45-62. Directions to the Bezons facility can be found on the Riber Web site, www.riber.com; company e-mail addresses are unchanged.
