Xiangyang Song Joins JPSA Laser Engineering Team

Xiangyang Song, PhD, has joined the engineering team at JP Sercel Associates (JPSA) in Manchester, N.H. Song, who has more than a decade of experience in applied optics, x-ray, and laser technology and research, joins JPSA’s team of laser scientists as an applications and process engineering specialist. Song will work in ultraviolet (UV) excimer and DPSS (diode pumped, solid-state) materials processing, for areas including wafer singulation, LED lift-off for semiconductor packaging, and micromachining materials for biomedical research and medical products manufacturing.
