BROOKLYN, New York, Feb. 28 -- Virilitec Industries Inc. has signed a letter of intent with New York-based Power Medics Inc. wherein Power Medics will develop a laser-based device for Virilitec to treat psoriasis. "Virilitec is excited about the possibility of entering the psoriasis laser treatment market," said Bella Roth, president of Virilitec. "Power Medics has shown that it has the capabilities to produce the kind of device we are looking for.
