Thermacore Acquires k Tech

Thermal management systems maker Thermacore Inc. of Lancaster, Pa., announced it has acquired k Technology of Langhorne, Pa., a custom thermal management products manufacturer for power electronics cooling. Under the terms of the acquisition, the latter will become an independent division within the former’s corporate structure. k Technology's products are used in aerospace satellites and military aircraft.Read full article
