Teledyne Combines CARIS and Optech to Form Geospatial Group

VAUGHAN, Ontario, Sept. 16, 2021 — Teledyne combined its Optech and CARIS businesses to launch a geospatial group. The group will offer solutions to map land and sea with the integration of lidar sensors and software workflows. Optech and CARIS have more than 40 years of experience in the lidar and marine GIS markets, respectively. The collaboration seeks to give customers a competitive edge in mapping and delivering data products within a single complete workflow.
