Lam Research Corp. of Fremont, Calif., a supplier of semiconductor wafer fabrication equipment and services, has opened a global product training center in Hsinchu, Taiwan. Courses, which will be taught in English and in the local language, will help customers to enhance the productivity of their existing systems from the company.
