CANTON, Mass., Aug. 31 -- Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. (RVSI) today said its Semiconductor Equipment Group has received a follow-on order for multiple semiconductor inspection systems from an Asian-based manufacturer of connectors for microprocessors. Delivery is expected to occur during September.
