CANTON, Mass., March 26 -- Robotic Vision Systems, Inc. has appointed Michael Gray as vice president of sales and marketing for the company's RVSI Electronics division, which includes machine-vision products and systems for use in semiconductor test and inspection. Gray joins RVSI from KLA-Tencor Corp., where he was senior director of product sales for that company's Film Measurement Division with responsibility for Prometrix products.
