PPT Vision Adds JAI Cameras to Machine Vision Line

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 18, 2011 — JAI has announced a strategic partnership with Minneapolis-based PPT Vision Inc. to provide high-performance camera technology for integration into the latter company’s M-series embedded machine vision line. Under the agreement, JAI will initially provide a UV-sensitive camera and a remote-head camera to enable PPT Vision to expand the applicability of the M-series line to a variety of specialized applications.
