SANTA ROSA, Calif., June 11 -- Optical Coating Laboratory, Inc.' board of directors has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $.06 per share payable on June 16, 1999, from net profits for the 1999 fiscal year. The dividend will be paid to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 3, 1999.
